How is this different from Angi Ads or a storm lead broker?
Exclusivity, enforced. A broker sells the same hail-hit homeowner to four or five contractors. Every lead we send goes to exactly one member: one delivery per lead is a database constraint in our system, not a sales promise.
What does a storm lead cost?
It depends on the job type and the ticket behind it, an emergency tarping call is not priced like a full insurance roof restoration, where the job behind the lead is a five-figure claim. Your exact rate card is shared when you apply and confirmed at onboarding, in writing, no gotcha pricing on the phone.
What am I paying the monthly fee for?
The membership funds your verified directory profile (with a dofollow link to your website), the vetting program, and access to the lead stream in your categories and metro. Leads are billed separately, you pay only for what we send you.
What happens when a storm hits my metro?
Volume spikes hard and fast, a single hail swath can produce hundreds of qualified calls in a week. Members get first access to surge volume in their categories and ZIPs; Featured members get priority routing during those weeks. Speed-to-lead matters most then, and delivery is instant.
What if a lead is bad?
Wrong number, outside your service area, damage you do not handle, or no actual storm damage? Dispute it and we credit it. Every lead is a qualified homeowner request with damage type, insurance status, and ZIP attached.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime, keep every lead you paid for. Annual billing is available at a discount if you want it, never required.
Do I have to pass vetting to pay you?
Yes, and it is the point. Licensing or state registration where required, active insurance, an insurance-restoration experience screen, and a local-presence check. Homeowners trust the network because storm chasers cannot buy their way in.
Can I just buy advertising?
Not on day one. Featured and sponsored slots stay locked until the listing is claimed, credentials are verified, you set areas of interest, and we review lead-volume potential in those storm metros. A person approves every ad. Advertising is never auto-approved.
We are already in the directory. What now?
Claim the listing for free, then pay membership to earn the Verified stamp. The same application can register you to buy exclusive storm leads and request advertising review. Ads stay locked until the stamp is earned and a person approves them.
Is claiming the same as being Verified?
No. Claim only marks the public record as yours. The Verified stamp stays off until membership is paid and we confirm license, insurance, and a restoration experience screen.
